About
Starting life in opposite ends of the UK, Adam and Anna both grew up eating quality produce, grown at home by their families. While living in the NW Highlands of Scotland they decided to start keeping animals again and producing their own food. As they grew, they decided to sell their produce. Their meat and eggs were sold in the local community, shops and restaurants. After the birth of their daughter, they moved to the Chew Valley to be closer to family and to continue producing meat on Adam's family farm.
"Our animals are kept on a rotational grazing system. They are moved to new grazing regularly which helps improve the soil and animal health, while reducing the need for medicines and other inputs. We believe the future of meat lies in small scale farming, eating less but better quality meat"
